Please be sure to use your same name and email address you used for your class registration so we can verify your class completion. In the “Order Note” section near the middle of the checkout page please be sure to list the name of your instructor and the date you completed the class to help us locate your registration as we recently upgraded our registration system. **Please also add a shipping address to the “Order Note” if is is different than your billing address.
